Refund Policy
Last updated: October 3, 2026
1. 30-day money-back guarantee
If Atlente isn't right for you, request a refund within 30 days of a payment and that payment will be refunded in full — no questions asked. This money-back guarantee can be used once per customer.
2. Problems on our side
If the service fails to deliver because of a problem on our side — for example, a workout cannot be processed and we are unable to fix it — we will refund the affected payment, even if you have already used the money-back guarantee. Contact us within 30 days of that payment.
3. Cancelling your subscription
You can cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period, and you will not be charged again. Cancelling on its own does not refund the current period; to get money back for it, request a refund as described above.
4. How to request a refund
Email baseball@atlente.com from the address on your Atlente account and include the date of the payment. You can also request it directly from Paddle: use the link in your Paddle receipt or transaction confirmation email, or visit paddle.net and select “Request refund”. Refunds are issued by Paddle, our Merchant of Record, to the original payment method, normally within 14 days of approval — exactly how long it takes to appear afterward depends on your bank or card provider.
5. Statutory withdrawal rights by country
Independently of our 30-day guarantee above, buyers in some countries have a separate statutory right to withdraw from a purchase, granted by local consumer-protection law and honored by Paddle directly:
- European Union, EEA, Switzerland and the United Kingdom: 14 days from the transaction.
- Turkey and Israel: 14 days from the transaction.
- South Korea, Brazil and Canada: 7 days from the transaction.
- Singapore: 5 days from delivery or first access.
These windows are shorter than our own guarantee, so in practice our 30-day policy already covers them. Full detail and how to exercise the right in your country are in Paddle's Refund Policy.
6. Refunds for technical or product defects
If you run into a persistent technical problem, or the reels you receive don't match what was described, contact us first at baseball@atlente.com so we can try to fix it or process the refund ourselves. If we can't resolve it, contact Paddle's support team (see section 4) with the details and our response — Paddle will issue a refund where there is evidence of a material defect, in line with applicable consumer-protection law.
7. Chargebacks and payment disputes
Please contact us or Paddle before opening a chargeback or dispute with your bank or card issuer — most billing questions are resolved faster that way. If a chargeback is opened, access to the account may be suspended while it is reviewed, and Paddle will provide your payment provider with the transaction details. This does not affect any right you have to dispute a charge under your card network's or local consumer-protection rules.
8. Your statutory rights
Nothing in this policy limits any right you have under the consumer protection laws of the country where you live. Where those laws give you more than what is described above, the more favorable rights apply.
9. Complaints
If you are unhappy with Atlente or with how a refund request was handled, email baseball@atlente.com. We acknowledge every complaint within 2 business days and aim to resolve it within 10 business days.
If we cannot resolve your complaint, you can escalate it to Paddle through paddle.net, since Paddle is the Merchant of Record for your purchase. Customers in the Dominican Republic may also contact Pro Consumidor, the national consumer protection authority (proconsumidor.gob.do); customers in other countries may contact their local consumer protection authority.
10. Reseller
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. See also Paddle's Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, and our Terms of Service.
11. Updates to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time; the version in effect on the date of your payment is the one that applies to it.
